Some Tips To Maintain Your Slow Cooker In Top Class Condition

So when I received Mother Connie's current newsletter, I went through it looking for some great recipes and helpful hints in the kitchen. I found a WIC recipe sent Slow Cooker Mother Connie from a lady named Jaime Grimes, a stay at home mommy and proud army wife of three kids calls her Country Pie. This can be used with all items available to WIC mothers except the meat.

This is probably the simplest way to cook grains. Place the grain in the crockpot along with the appropriate amount of water or bouillon and leave it overnight on the low setting. When you awaken in the morning, you'll have a hot and healthy whole grain breakfast. You can also use the cooking gammon in slow cooker to prepare cook grains while you're at the office. When you return home, you'll be ready to serve your whole grain for dinner. Whole grains usually require between six to eight hours on the crockpot low setting to be fully cooked.

I know gammon joint there are others like me hence the article. Below is a list of suggestions, tips, and recipes to help fit everything into your kitchen appliances come holiday time.

Combine all ingredients in a Slow Cooker (crock pot) and cook for 4-6 hours hours or longer. This recipe can be made the night before, and left on low heat overnight to cook in crockpot on low setting. Recipe will be ready by morning. Check for doneness by checking Onions and celery which should be fully cooked and soft. Makes 4 servings.

Lastly, its great to plan your meals & your shopping so you can purchase your groceries in an impressive manner. Visiting the grocery unprepared or, even worse, starving could spell disaster for your financial plan. Plan every week's menu out ahead & time and then purchase what you ought to make those meals.
