I am not talking about 'big built' or about 'large' or any other euphemisms. I am talking about fat children. This is a relatively new phenomenon but it's here now and very obvious.

Here is an excellent recipe for slow cooked pork that you will find quite easy to make. You need a crockpot for this recipe and a few herbs and seasonings. The dish is worth the wait because you will savor the fabulous aroma once the pork is cooked.

5) Stock Your Pantry--It's hard to make quick and healthy meals if you don't have anything on hand to create them with. Stock up on items such as chicken broth, tomato sauce, canned tomatoes and beans, as well as a selection of commonly used spices such as chili, garlic and onion powder and Italian seasoning. For the last layer add meat sauce, basil, grated cheese and mozzarella cheese. Cook in oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Before serving, let the lasagna rest for about 10 minutes.

Put 2 teaspoons of tomato puree and stir for 2 mins, then add fried potato and eggs into the masala(step 6) add 1 cup of water and boil it for 2 mins.
